Steele survived, however, and spent many months in recovery.

His right eye, part of his skull, and his right hand were replaced with cybernetic implants. Obsessed with revenge for all wrongs done him, real or imagined. Merciless, ruthless, and more than a little crazy. Constantly stares at his cybernetic hand.
