    I am modelling the character through my Style Savvy Trendsetters game to get some inspiration for clothing and hairstyles. What I need help with is creating a cultural background, homeland, and storyline for this character to live in so I will be able to start a development project with her.     That's a really great idea! I should do that when I write a new story... Well, here's an idea: she's a foreign exchange student in Japan. She's a different nationality [I could come up with one if you'd like or you can] but she tries to fit into the Lolita crowd. She's already mastered the Japanese language, she just needs to accept herself and find other people who live in Japan that will also...
