just grab the temple's item and get out, the head to next one and so on, until u can reach the spirit temple

Why would you do that instead of finishing the temple you got the item from? You have to go through at least half of the temple most of the time, anyway.

yesm basically completed every temple but never fought the bosses, and yes it is on master quest, the only temple i couldn't get in is the shadow temple

i just found that you have to complete the forest, fire & water temple to acces the shadow temple, just the water temple don't work

I have never been able to make the jump between the ledge and the statue's hand in the central room where the boss door is without them.

on master quest u can reach the first arm with a blue box with the song of time, the other is almost at the end, when u are in front of the statue's face jump from there to the other hand, that's how i did it
