can somone please tell me if there is a way to stop keeps from hurting you in adventure mode.

A different keep will have a fairy to rescue. Use that fairy to break the spell.

Look at the map, there is Fairy in one of the keeps, take the keep, save Fairy, avoid death.

get the keep with the fairy of the same color first, then use it when u enter it. it will be flading on your map.

Avoid damage in the barrier by evading like crazy.
