  • 4players a big tv and some smash bros just can't be accurately replicated on a handheld.

  • Because while it may look HD, it's really not. Besides, I want to play on my 50" true HD. That's why. Word.

  • HD graphics, a better controller, larger stages, the posibility of additional modes. Need I go on?

  • More stable online, less frame rate issues, I find it more fun with everyone sharing a screen as well. The graphics are still better and there are more controller options. Need any more examples?

  • on tv won't have 4 player small screen chaos, 3ds can do like 360p (don't quote me on that) not close to hd and I would imagine that they ultimate fininshed product will have hidden modes.

  • My Gamecube controller won't break and 1080p isn't the same as turning an outline off... Smash run is the only thing 3ds has over the Wii U version

  • It costs less money because you're not getting as much as you'll get from SSBU

  • Both the WiiU version and the 3DS version have their pros and cons. Accept that neither one can replace the other.

  • dude, the wiiU version is straight up gonna have more stages. Plus the godlike option of using a gamecube controller. They'll probably also have mini games or something that'll utilize the wiiU tablet gamepad.

  • Well, considering how terrible the circle pad on the 3ds is, and how the wii u version outclasses it in graphics/sound/networking/control/everything. The choice of which is better is obvious.

  • I want to be able to play with my sisters, and they don't have 3DS systems. I'll still use mine for a controller, though. :3
