    pretty obvious its not. although smash4 still suffers from a lot of issues from brawl, and plays very very similarly to brawl(to the point where its perfectly valid to call it "brawl2.0" ) it still fixed some of brawl's major ones. Such as its horrific character balance(smash4's isn't amazing, but its still better than brawls) and the awful mechanic of random tripping.
