And even when the world comes crashing down around me, I'm expected to just pretend my anguish and misery is nonexistent, to put a smile on my face, acting as if everything is ok while muttering 'I'm fine'. I can hardly breathe, it feels as if my heart is being crushed, ripped out, and stomped into the dirt. I knew a storm was coming, but I denied all the signs.

    asking for ones help is never cowardess Freak. It's one of the most strongest things you could ever do. So please do not apologize for a time you felt weak. We all have those times and some of us are too scared to ask. You though you asked, and that alone took courage. Responding late is only normal and shouldn't be something to say sorry for.
