    Nah. I see a different role for splash. What if you could use it ouside of battle to annoy people. Use splash to, well, splash someone nearby. Do it a few times and they will get intimidated and start fussing at you. Do it a few more times and they get so enraged that they start to fight you in a battle. Perfect replacement for a VS seaker btw lol
