    there was a shooting in an ottawa neighberhood about 2 months ago, but because not alot of people lived there it wasnt that big of a deal, it's not because it targets the government that everyone should be panicking, on top of that the shooter passed by a bunch of bystanders and didnt harm any of them so civilian so he's clearly not interested in civilian casualties...
