That's the reason. I reset my game because I didn't play it through the way I did when I was younger...I'll need to use my own pkmn and not transfer any pkmn from my Y to my ΩRuby until I beat the game and complete the Delta Episode...Luckily for me, I transferred my team back to my Y before I reset...
