    Yes. Only the IS currently has Wii TVii or whatever it's called. But from your profile it states your in the US. Also all regions have the Eshop just with different games Region releases

    ok so i changed my country in the sitting to USA and opened eshop but i cant purchase a game cuz its asking me zip code !!! i even tryed to add balanc by redom cards its not working !!!
