No, because he isn't and thats a stupid request. Mostly because he never appeared on a nintendo console, even snake could be in smash because he has some games on nintendo consoles. And even he didn't fit in the game.

sony do make good games all stars battle royale is different then ssb4 beacuse in ssb4 you have percentage but in all stars battle royale you kill your opponents by killing them with you speacal by beating them vicously
