    1: just start the game and it will ask you if you want to download it. 2: Search smash bros on the eshop and it should show up.

    Search something like "smash bros" on the eShop and you should be able to find it.

    Close out of the game, then when you try to re-open it, it'll ask you to update. Then press Y to go to the eShop and get the update.
