    Homebrew is a game developed that is not restricted by console and hardware restrictions. This game was once released in the sega genesis at 2010 and is now ported to other, modern consoles

    really? um, but how can it be made without worry about the hardware restrictions? that's like making a game up to ps4 specs and putting it on the original wii.

    Homebrew is not about specs, it's about licensing. They put out this game for genesis without going through the appropriate channels, because they no longer exist.
