Aonuma, thank you. I have been putting off playing the original Majora's Mask for at least a year and a half. Somewhere in my heart, I knew the 3D remake would come eventually. And when it was announced this week, I yelled: "YESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!" louder than ever I thought I could. Thank you.
Really cool Aonuma. I´m sure that this was a great joy to many Zelda fans. However, as I don´t have a 3DS I'd like to play the original Majoras Mask on my WiiU. It's sad that we don´t have Nintendo 64 Virtual Console for the WiiU don´t you think Aonuma?

The reason why it's on the 3DS instead of the Wii U, it's because OoT 3D was already on the 3DS and they could just easily use the same engine and mod it for MM 3D. With the Wii U, they would have to figure out a new engine and all that. It made more sense to put it on 3DS.

the reason why they are doing it for the 3DS is to acomadate for ocorina of time 3D which at the time there was no wii u out. So nintendo realeseing it for the wii u would tell the pepole who want majoras mask 3D (yes i know i spelled it wrong) to got f***k themselfs that might be a slight overeagertion but come on we still have the reUmaigin roumers

I've already beaten the game with VC on Wii, but I'll have a blast playing it again with better graphics! Ooh and BTW, you guys should make a bundle with both 3D N64 Zelda games! I'd buy it!

I really do love how you and your development team has been listening to us fans and we appreciate your hard work. Having Majora's Mask (in my opinion) is more exciting than the Mario Kart 8 DLC pack and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. Yes, more exciting than Smash.

How about rerendering them and releasing both on Wii U? I have the Zelda Collector's Disc, OoT & MM on my Wii, paid for again on my Wii U. Keep console games on consoles (portables are fine too but let us see them on a tv like they were meant to be displayed). HD Ocrina of Time and HD Majora's Mask all the way.
siiiiii yo sabia no podian dejar ese juego tan bueno sin su remake porque se lo merece yo lo jugue en 64 y me fascino por tenia de todo su toque de tloz y su toque de survival horror tenia una historia bastante siniestra pero era capaz de darte tus buenas horas de juego :)
Not to be an entitled person here. I probably won't buy this, because I already have the Gamecube version.
But, Majora's Mask original came out less than TWO YEARS after Ocarina. How can it take more time to make the 3DS version than it did to make the entire original game?
Just from the small bit of gameplay footage we can see how something's have changed. Like my favorite activity in the game; swimming. It's going to be so awesome. I guess the answer to our question really was in A Link Between Worlds.
New features, huh? It's probably safe to assume that the hint videos and time-attack boss battles will be back from OOT 3D, and presumably some sort of Master Quest/Hero Mode. I wonder what else might be added? Personally, I'd like to see more Goron race tracks.
I would like it to have new content such as dungeons or new uses do the Masks, considering that there are Masks only used in a single situation of the game.

That's crazy! It definitely sounds like you're giving this game a lot of attention. So you're saying that Ocarina of Time 3D and Wind Waker HD were just remakes that weren't worth my time? Ouch. I hope you guys possibly add a Master Quest mode. I hope that the game will be open-world just like A Link Between Worlds. Thanks, Aonuma and the Zelda Team! Keep up the good work!
I hope there is an opinion for the moon timing. so You can turn on/off days. Also I know I can beat this cause I beat it 4 times but for the new players It would be good. excues my spelling please. I suck at it.

Not that I'm complaining but this should have been on the Wii U version, it would have help boost the sells up. But I'm happy they are remaking Majora's Mask :D I never played the original one.
I know a lot of Zelda fans are rejoicing over this, but honestly, this is the only game in the entire series that I could just never get into. The puzzles are too vague and obscure right out of the gate. I could never figure out what the heck I was supposed to be doing. I truly am happy for all the Zelda fans who've been clamoring for this, but personally, I'll be taking a pass.
