zartan is a fictional character from G.I Joe :A Real American Hero. He has toylines comics all about his Television show. Zartan was also voiced by Zack Hoffman.Zartan is also a master of disguise.

I get that, but how does he fit in to any of this? Also, I couldn't read some of that, it looks like it says "Jesus is the mantmat we all love" Did I just read it wrong or something?
