    its called the torpedo of peace. fired like a lormal torpedo it moves through the water with great speed. and on inpact the black tip explodes making it split into 4 parts thats the X u saw in drawing

    when it splits into 4 parts it lets out a huge net made of super strong carbon inside. the enemy can dive and surface but can move fire torpedos or get out. forcing them to surrender...
