  • Here is the TV in that exact moment. Since squre highlights are on, you can see white's square on the TV. You can disable those.

  • exactly, not only nice, but truly necessary! this is a game breaker, see, u think on your oponent's time also & u generally don't break your view point. no chessplayer helped in the making of this game

  • this is just simple, yet they didn't care to even do research how the game is played. just slap a chess label on it and feed it to hungry ninty fans. it's pretty, they'll buy it. mk 8 hasn't launched

  • I was wrong, the white selection square can't be turned off, but the green ones that tell you where you can go can be turned off.

  • It can be done I found, but player two has to use a Wii U Pro Controller. It is the only other supported controller.

  • Well, I'm done for now, but people feel free to ask anything related to this game, but I won't be giving tips. I'm a beginner and have no place doing so yet. Good night!

  • Yes. The Gamepad and TV can even have different angles as long as you have the Pro Controller. Gamepad has to click the camera icon...

  • Wii U Pro Controller presses the R button. Both buttons for Gamepad or Pro must be pressed a few times to get to this angle.

  • What kind of camera control did you expect for a local multiplayer game with one controller use? Of course it has to rotate 180 every time the second player moves...

Playing only on gamepad only is good for a local two player game while tv is in use by kids.
