Upper left slot (1) shows "empty", but when I try to start a game it says it's in use, and kicks me back to the online menu. Any idea what's going on?

    I notice that people are still seeing this post, so I want to amend that Voofoo studios resolved the issue for me after I emailed them. It took awhile, but they did respond and were very helpful.
