come back when you get the deku leaf and jump off backside of dragon roost island. use deku to glide to platforms. definitely recommend looking around with a seagull first though

This is the only fish I found that talks about swords. You need 10 knight's crest, and give it the old man. That's how your sword powers up. Was this it?

To restore the Master sword to full power after attempting to beat Ganon? The boat will tell you to take the sages to their respective temples and marks where to go on your chart. That is the only other thing I can think of.
