    And I think the reapers would improve the 1 geth see, they all see and would use them as eyes and ears,seeing everything that goes on.

    They wouldn't want to use purely synthetic constructs for that. They would want a race they could completely mutate which means they have to be organic.

    Since the geth have tissue like material in them I think the reapers would redesign them to look like organics possibly using that metal tissue they have to cover more of their body since the geth

    That's just oil and machinery. They aren't actually organic. Saren and legion both said the reapers intend to destroy the geth once they are through with them.

    I'm using oil as a generic term for synthetic liquid driving their motors. They are purely synthetic.
