I wish they keep the advantage of what weapon is useful against shields,armor and barriers like in mass effect 2.I bet it would have made platinum a little better to play.

    Yes for those with the common answer of the acolyte effectiveness against shields & barriers.In mass effect 2 other weapons were good against 1 of the 3 but I'm not sure if me3 weapons have it.

    They do! For example, the Arc Pistol is great against shields, as stated by Tali in singleplayer.

    weapons that fire energy shots can do that but weapons like the locust were good against shield and armor or barrier in mass effect 2.
