    I have played many Metroid games, so what if he is "too big" Ridley deserves to be in this game. That was Meta Ridley not Ridley please understand my point.

    If Ridley is "confrimed as unplayable" Why would Sakurai show only Meta-Ridley's shadow/ part of his wing for like one second?

    Yes but, I don't see meta ridley as a stage hazard and regular ridley at the same time. It's not going to happen man. Just like goku and shrek.

    Also in the very first Metroid Ridley was only slightly bigger than Samus, not to mention Sakurai has stated before that size does not matter at all it is not relevant.

    To be fair, most of the bosses were a similar size as samus in the original metroid to save on cartridge space and the hardware limitations of the nes. Other games in the series made bosses huge.

    Yes. I know, but Sakurai saying size doesn't matter and then definitely puts a lot of my faith in him being in. He would do something like this to throw everyone off I mean look at the past evidence

    That's the point When Ridley was on the Melee trailer my heart was so into unlocking him in the game. That is until I unlocked every character and found out he wasn't playable.
