    yeah my friend ^^ on windmill island go to the cliff where there is a guy dancing in front of a grave behind him there is a door on that room is tinkle rescue him by presing the switch on your left

    when u enter his cell there is a giant box move it and enter a small whole on the wall keep moving until u reach the end of the cave where u will find the camera hope it helped
