    hit the 'home button' during the image you want to post. go to 'miiverse' from that home menu. hit 'post' in the bottom right corner. there will be an option in the top right, to add the screenshot.

    equip your pictobox and open up its album, select a pic for tingle bottle by pressing the A button, i that this is helpfull
