    Were did Skyloft come from? The Ilse of the Goddess came from the Sealed Grounds, but I don't know were Skyloft (excluding the Goddess Statue) came from.

    in the war of the land of hylia, Hylia gathered the people and sent them into the sky on a piece of land which became skyloft. It says so in hyrule historia.

    in the comic in HH it shows hylia sending up a castle so i guess it was part of the kingdom, which was near the faron providence.
