Question

Does anybody else think that "Targeting one character" can be a ban-able offense is harsh? Like, I know it's suppose to be for preventing bully and that stuff, but what if it's for friendly rivalry?

I think this may only apply to online random matches; maybe not with friend online play.

only actually applies if it's so constant it isn't fun to play like for example stock matches they target you until you have no stock left then they go after each other.
