    They are probably doing the same thing Bungie did with Halo Reach for ME4 if they're even call it that, and then the following game will continue from where ME3 left off.

    No bioware made it clear Shepard's story is over and it wouldn't be "ME4" it'll be a totally different story. Based on how the game ended a sequel is pretty impossible.

    I had heard the next game will have entirely new characters. There will only be a reference here and there towards past characters. Most likely no cameos, even. And it may take 25 years after M.E. 3.
