  • Down with Sonic! Down with Sega!

  • @3DS News, Sonic can't seem to catch a break with his games. I hope that Sonic Boom can revitalize Sonic again.

I played through the Wii U version, and it was fantastic. I heard the 3DS version was terrible in comparison to the Wii U version though, so it's a shame the Wii U version didn't sell as well.

  • I think it's because Sega doesn't take Sonic seriously anymore. The cutscenes nowadays are pretty cringe-worthy, if you ask me.

  • It's like he got demoted from being a cool video game mascot down to a crummy cartoon character with awful one-liners.

  • Sonic Boom seems to THE Sonic game to draw consumers back in. I don't feel the other titles were more than meeting contract requirements. Boom is tied to Sega's new series, so the effort is greater

  • People have just been burnt too much by sonic. This one may be okay, but afterso many bad sonic games why would anyone risk their money on this one. If wii u wasn't lacking games would of sold poorly

    Yeahs0
  • I bet sonic boom will be rushed to release with the TV series and be an average game.
