    Gives you plus 10 N7 rank. Gives you a way asset. Resets class to level one so you can level up again

    Yeah, just as Ness said: it raises your N7 level at the costs of dropping your char back to level one. So unless you've gathered some equipment and have upgraded ur weapons msybe u should wait a bit

    It also gives you those higher level characters in the Solo Campaign at the end battle and makes it a little easier...but you can't really see the colors you made for them in it.
