Hey Ness, I was wondering if I can have the Quarian and Geth fleets instead of having to choose one. I saw a video of the ending with both fleets reporting, but it was from an XBox version.

Yes you can but there are several requirements

In the comic you need to recruit everyone, resolve conflicts, sacrifice crew for mission. Then in the game you need to save admiral koris. Then you need enough paragon and rep to rally the fleet
