    on youtube subscribe to wiiguy if you haven't already. He does awesome stereo conversions of NES music. Listen to Contra Force there. I wonder since it came out after 3 if Force is a play on 4.

    Even though I know later there would be 4 for DS. but yea, I haven't got Force for my collection yet because of its price. Reason why I like SuperC though is because it's the first one I had as a kid

    curious to know if anyone has played HARD CORPS uprising? its awesome, HD, & very challenging contra! gotta say contra 1 nes is my personal favorite though

    I have Hard Corps Uprising on my PS3 Jeff, I never did finish it. Not even sure if I made it past the 2nd or 3rd stage, they seemed extremely long. Hard Corps for Genesis ftw though.

    Plus I also didn't like Uprising because of its anime characters. I want my Contra to be beefy Rambo/Dutch from Predator men with Bandana's or its not Contra.

    whoa, somehow i forgot u have ps3.u need to run to the store&buy heavy rain&beyond two souls! its the evolution of the point&click adventure(sierra style).love them both. &i want hard corps up on WiiU

    I have. That game is brutal. I have beaten it. HIGHscores, let me say just, it gets really insane near the end. I enjoyed it, but not my overall favorite Contra.

    well, they did drop the word contra. i feel the opposite, loved its art cartoony look. & how characters level up. i love hard corps uprising alot, though i cant beat the final stage. demand it on U!!!

    Slightly off topic, but does anyone have an idea as to why the original Contra has never made its way to the VC? It seems like a no-brainer for Konami.

    I'm not sure why Danny. Maybe because of the controversy around the game when it was originally released in the arcade because of being titled "Contra" which is why Super C is just "C"

    and Operation C is for Gameboy...Though it wouldn't make since because of Contra III now being on the VC and what not. I have no idea, just a thought. Fortunately i have the arcade version for DS

    It is a great collection of 15 Konami games. Gives you multiple choices of screen orientation and all of the dipswitch settings too as well as a jukebox. Its nice
