I know this isn't the best sword by any means, but I want unlimited cure 2s during battles (mostly for the fights where Ryu is alone).

The 9-tail whip is held by zodiac towards the end of infinity, and its a rare encounter. From the door that leads to deathevn, there should be a room you can enter to the south. Just walk around-

Yeah. I've spent countless hours trying to get it in the GBA version. Hopefully I prove it exists at least in the original version.
