Heres a little secret. Head to lumoise poke center and there is a guy who can sell you rare candies for 500 pokemiles.To get pokemiles you wonder trade.It takes about 5-10 minutes to get 500 pokemiles

    It's actually cheaper if you sync your game to the Global Link and buy the items from there, then sync the game again to pick them up at a Pokémon Center! Rare Candies are only 250 Pokémiles on there!
