    Nope. This place is heavily moderated. Those guys do their jobs well. Any inappropriate material will be taken down within a matter of seconds.

    you both have a point its hevily moderated here but that doesnt mean it cannot be abused no moderation is full proof but swapnote is a privacy issue if they moderate it as thats pretty much the same

    All I need to do is post my email, or screen name and hundreds of people will have access to me. Information can then be swapped just the same as trading friend codes and sharing information that way,

    though in those cirumstances Nintendos name is protected from any negative attachment, and blame is then pinned on the IM/Email/General Internet. I guess it's a smart move, but very annoying.
