    You can trade them with Snowmen for ice furniture. I'm guessing the Snowmen will show up once the whole town is covered in snow.

    once snow settles on the ground, you can make snowmen and give them the snow flakes for the frozen series (i think that's what it's called...lot's of ice and snowflake things :P)

    If you make a Snowmam, you can exchange 5 snowflakes for a piece of Ice Series furniture. You can make a Snowmam tomorrow when the ground has snow.
