    I preferred Lucas a bit more than Ness, but both would be extremely welcome, as they are my favorite characters to play as.

    I used to play as Lucas because he had better smash attacks, but Ness is cool to. He has PK Pulse

    I am too! There's no way Ness won't be in, he's been here since the first Smash and Mother is huge in Japan, especially after the Virtual Console revival. I'm curious if Lucas will be back though...

    Plus, I'm sure that at the very least there'll be an EarthBound stage in the Wii U game and a Mother 3 stage in the 3DS version, if not more.
