    Battle a few times with a pokemon with pokerus in your party, positioned next to the pokemon you want to give it to. The mother can also pass it down through breeding

    Let that Pokemon be in your party with other Pokes that you want infected. After running around/doing stuff for a while, it'll spread. Need more info on Pokerus?

    Yes, and you don't have to complete the battle, just triggering a battle is enough.
