What's keeping us from posting 3DS Friend Codes? Nowhere in the rules say you can't and FYI it states that we can't post IDs from OTHER SERVICES. FCs are Nintendo's, why?

    Just saw a fine print in the Codes of Conduct that AGE 12 AND UNDER are ENCOURAGED to make friends in their vicinity, thereby disabling them from entering NNIDs or 3DS FCs. I'm not a kid to be leashed

    i am contract lawyer it is not a break in the rules and swap note was shut down and we all put our birth days in so it would be easy to hide messages made by adults from minors
