I pre-ordered this and recently put in the code to get new level and exclusive RC, I didn't really like the level and NEVER got my RC. What's up with that!?

No, I cant got another row down. I pre ordered it and had it mailed to my house, so I didn't get a receipt. I entered the code inside the game case, and got the Nights inspired level, but not the RC.
