    Levels are pretty worthless if you're up to fighting him. Holy weapons do good dame and his energy burst move is physical based so its easy to lower the damage.

    the lvl 14 white mage job unlocks an hability where you can heal the 4 at once with just one spell and it heals the same as if you only heal 1 character. its super useful forgive my english btw

    If you've unlocked the holy knight/paladin class, have one or two people rotate its rampart skill (I think its learnt at lvl 6-7). It nulls his energy burst.

    And as long as everyone is topped up at full hp, bone crush will hit for 0. Level wise it really wont matter.

    About level 4 Ninja with its counter attack ability, the red mage turn table ability, make your team use utsusemi and when all your team's BP up to 3, use all your BP at the right time.
