    Well it only works in 2D levels that have ceilings with vines, such as Desert Ruins act 1 or Silent Forest act 2.

    Once you reach one of these areas, parkour up the wall that leads to the ceiling, and, once moving across the ceiling, press the "Y" button to grab onto the vines. Presto, you're monkey-barring!

    ... To follow you around like this. Activate the bomb, keep your distance for a few more seconds, and then just as the bomb is about to explode, put on the brakes and blow that mob to bits.
