    you dont save toad, you know the long clear pipe you take to get to the other part of the level where you start climbing up, get a cat suit and run on the pipe you'll find the stamp

    The stamp is on the hump of the tube after the checkpoint. Just get on top of the tube, done go in it, and then get to the hump, it is a difficult jump, bring a catsuit
