    and i ask really.... does it have to? developers borrow from each other constantly. and this is the game that starts SEGA & Nintendo's 3 game deal. Nintendo licenced it. Im sure they've seen it.

    if Nintentdo didnt throw up flags, is it that bad? yes, it's less than creative, but if u take the mechanics for what they are, for their use in a sonic game, do they work?
