Wouldn't you still b considered a noob if uv played any CoD for a long time on say Xbox360 than switched to a new console like WiiU to play the same one?

no. newbie stand for someone who is new and that has not play/use/handle things before.Is like apprentice in trade but in video game.you call someone a noob for those who are first time players.
