i found a luigi he is in the shadow of the tall tree you can only see him with the binaculars

so its true that luigis are in every level...nice job nintendo ^_^

look in the confetti it is hard to see

look by the word WORLD FIVE

look between the eyebrows

when you hit this gong a lot luigi appears!

agent 04 It seems that happens with any gong, as I tried with another one and Luigi also shows up.
