I just beat the fith temple in the game,the earth temple.I got this chart right before I got to this temple.You have to pay 201 rupees in the mail on Windfall to get the chart.

Right. It shows where the triforce charts and shards are. The ghost ship isnt there. That is why boat wont let you go. You are going off grid. The ghost ship moves around.

You have to have ghost ship chart to find the ghost ship and to board it. You get that at Diamond Steppe but you need hookshot to get on there.
