    You mean the dungeon? Go talk to Medli on the second floor to get the letter, bring it to Prince Komali in his room on the ground floor, then meet Medli at the dried up lake.

    She gave you a bottle, so fill it with water and water the dried up bomb flowers at the top of the ledge, then use a bomb to destroy the big boulder blocking the water. Then you can swim across. ^^
