Too late. I already took a picture of him and turned it in to the Nintendo Gallery a few days ago. I also got his song yesterday. You should of asked a long time ago. Sorry about that.

You can still get a picture of him. I'll tell you how it's the least I can do. First go to Northern Triangle Island. Enter his cyclone. Get your camra out. Aim it up at him.

I couldn't fit it all in the last post so I'm continuing. Make sure he's in the center of the frame and make sure you get all of him and click A. If you have no Hero's Bow let his cyclone suck you up

Oh and one more thing. Don't worry you won't take damage from his cyclone it'll just relocate you to a different area of the Great Sea.

Oh and I forget to mention you have to be quick at taking his picture otherwise it'll be to late and you'll have to go to the Northern Triangle Island again and repeat the process.
