I waited too long to do Tuchanka: Bomb, and my last save was four hours ago... I know you can't get the best ending on the WiiU version, but I still hate losing so many points with the Krogan!

You can get the best ending on the Wii U version. But you should be doing Tuchanka: Bomb before the priority missions.

ME3 on Wii U comes with the Extended Cut DLC which lowers the required EMS to about 3100 to get the best ending. Given that your War Assets will easily push to 6000+ when you're done with the game...

And if you don't get every asset you can just play multiplayer which increases the value of your assets, raising your EMS and filling the green bar.
